The Sattva Meditation System is a simple and powerful meditation practice that comes from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition.The word Sattva means wholeness and balance. This approach to meditation works with the whole human system, breath, mind, energy, and awareness.
In this two-day course, you’ll learn practical meditation tools to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, and build a consistent meditation practice you can carry into your daily life. This system has been passed down through generations of teachers and students for thousands of years and is designed to help you access deeper states of stillness and clarity beyond the constant activity of the mind.
What You’ll Learn
Over the course of the weekend, you will learn the three-step Sattva Meditation technique:
1. Breath Practice
Simple breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system and release stress.
2. Kriya
A subtle internal technique to stabilize energy and emotional state based on ancient tradition.
3. Personal Mantra
Each participant receives a personal mantra through a traditional initiation process to support deeper meditation.
The Sattva Meditation technique gives you a clear systematic method you can return to every day.

About Polina
Polina is a yoga and meditation practitioner, mentor, and international retreat leader with over a decade of teaching experience. A lifelong student, she has explored different traditions and has spent the past ten years regularly traveling to India to deepen her studies within the Himalayan yogic tradition.
Her teachings invite students to go beyond the physical practice and explore the deeper layers of mind, energy, and awareness, supporting a reconnection with inner wisdom, clarity, and inner peace.
