This class is great for both absolute beginners and students with a regular yoga practice. Focusing on fundamental alignment of postures, introduction to philosophy and breathing techniques. Serves as a great preparation for Open/Intermediate class.
Open Level
All levels/ages welcome
Open level vinyasa classes cater and accommodate the various types of students, practice experience and overall feeling of the class. The teacher will modify and adjust the class accordingly so that everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis receive the benefits of the practice.
Open / Intermediate
Previous experience is recommended
Vinyasa based practice designed for the student with at least 6 months of continuous practice. The yogasana is used as a preparation for meditation; physically students will experiment with arm balances, inversions, and binds. On a deeper level students will learn to familiarize themselves with the subtle body. Practice of mantra and yoga nidra is included to complement more advanced pranayama and meditation techniques
Integrated Hatha
All levels/ages welcome
An ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda) yoga class that blends vinyasa flow with precise alignment and works both from the inside-out and outside-in. Even when the main focus is on physical postures (asanas), the class knits together elements from all steps of yoga practice (physical, energetic (pranic), mental, and spiritual) deepening the effect of the physical poses, to assimilate positive change into all levels of personality. Ultimately, we empower our students to become their own teacher by tuning into their breath and intuition.
Open / Advanced

Come deepen your practice with this challenging and fundamental sharpening class. Choose to embark into the next level by exploring advanced postures and breathing techniques that encourage a more precise and subtle use of the physical body to strengthen the consciousness of the mind and energetic body.
Strengthen and Relax
All levels/ages welcome
An energizing class focused on using postures to build strength and endurance in the core of the body, gaining flexibility and improving concentration. Through the use of props, supported postures are offered allowing muscles to relax deeply and the system to let go. Various techniques such as pranayama (breath-work), yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation let the benefits of the practice be absorbed.

Awaken with style in this fun, flavorful Vinyasa class designed to get your blood flowing, muscles working, heart pumping and spirit soaring. Each class revolves around a specific physical or philosophical theme to help enlighten the body and mind. Unique playlists complement the overall theme, and inspire a more creative, playful practice.
Alignment and Flow

This 65 minute open Vinyasa class joins creative flow, sequencing, and alignment of yoga. It combines movement, creativity, kinesiology, and anatomy to bring clear and concise awareness to the body. Focus on alignment and the breath is paired with a challenging yet well-paced vinyasa. This class blends rigor of asana, self-reflection, and exploration of philosophy. This is an open level class which caters to all practitioners through personal attention, props, variations, and modifications.

Get all that you are looking for in this midday class. Get the body moving, energized, invigorated, calm and then collected to move on for the rest of the day.
Restorative
All levels/ages welcome
Restorative yoga is a practice designed to completely melt away tension and calm the mind eliciting parasympathetic nervous system. The class begins with gentle movement to warm and open the body. Then supported postures are offered using props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, etc.) to allow muscles to relax deeply and induce a sense of surrender. Restorative practice can be both energetically calming and focusing. Open to all levels.
