
Integrated Hatha: Wednesday 930am, Sunday 10am
Gentle/Therapeutic: Sunday 12pm (starting May 13th)
Dilshad’s classes emphasize focusing on the breath and precise physical alignment, so that the entire practice is meditative and therapeutic. She also includes pranayama seated practice and meditation to help realize the unity. Her primary intention as an instructor is to offer modifications in the physical practice of Asana, and encourages Yogis to respect their bodies’ intuition and let yoga poses serve them.
